Our Mission
Elysxi is a Bradford-based care provider specialising in supported living and home care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.
We exist to make sure vulnerable people in our community receive the dignity, respect and high-quality support they truly deserve – in their own homes and local communities.
Our Mission
We are experts in supported living and domiciliary care, dedicated to helping you live as independently as possible in the place you call home. Our mission is to:
- Provide safe, reliable support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, where needed
- Work with you to build a care and support plan around your goals, not just your needs
- Use evidence-based practice to guide our assessments, planning and day-to-day support
- Help you make your own choices and stay in control of your life
- Everything we do is focused on improving your quality of life, independence and wellbeing.
Our Team
Our management team has significant experience in social work and supporting vulnerable adults, particularly people with learning disabilities and autism. We understand safeguarding, risk and complexity – but we also understand families, culture and community.
We bring together:

- People who are genuinely passionate about making a difference locally
Our shared cultural heritage teaches us to prioritise the wellbeing of others, showing care, empathy, respect and compassion to those in need. We have seen first-hand where care has fallen short for vulnerable people in our community.
