Observing the inadequate quality of care provided to vulnerable individuals in our community has left us feeling disheartened and powerless, as we lacked the authority to effect positive change in their lives. Additionally, we recognized that the pandemic has significantly accelerated the demand for personalized care in home settings due to the Covid-19 crisis. As a result, many home-care providers in the Bradford District and West Yorkshire region have struggled to meet the increasing demands and schedules, putting vulnerable individuals at risk. This realisation has inspired us to serve the community through our newly created supported living care service."
